On Friday, January 21, 2011, 209 community stakeholders participated in a very exciting Forum to hear the results of the Suicide Prevention Needs Assessment and to begin the process of advising the Suicide Prevention Action Plan. Below please find the Forum Materials:

In preparation for Friday’s Forum,please review the Breakout Session Fact Sheets that correspond to your breakout session assignments. Again, in order to accommodate the large numbers of participants at the event, we may have had to change your selection. We apologize for any inconvenience, but remember:
- All of the focus areas overlap to some extent and your input is vital to the overall process;
- At the Forum, we will be announcing a tool where we will post documents, findings, etc. and you will be able to provide input online throughout the remainder of the process;
