THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY SUICIDE PREVENTION COUNCIL RELEASES ITS 2017 “REPORT TO THE COMMUNITY”
WHAT: The San Diego County Suicide Prevention Council (SPC), Community Health Improvement Partners (CHIP), and the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency are releasing the 2017 “Report to the Community” on the statusof suicide and suicide prevention efforts in San Diego.
The 2017 Report to the Community highlights include:
- Number of suicides for 2016 (latest data available)
- Number of suicide-related emergency room visits
- Number of calls to the San Diego County Access & Crisis Line
