The San Diego County Suicide Prevention Council (SPC) holds monthly Means Reduction Subcommittee meetings on the Fourth Monday from 2:00pm-3:30pm via Zoom.

During these meetings, the SPC informs members on suicide prevention efforts addressing the different means of suicide (firearms, jumping/bridge, prescription drugs, and hanging among others. Reviews data on different means and methods of suicide . Meetings are open to all.
