QPR is designed to give members of the general public the basic skills necessary to recognize the warning signs that someone may be contemplating suicide. As CPR is for the heart, QPR is for the mind.

This training will take place on Saturday, December 22nd from 11:00am-1:00pm at the Open Door Family Worship Center located at 4720 Mission Gorge Place San Diego, CA 92120.
