Support CHIP

Support CHIP

CHIP achieves its mission and goals by working through initiatives and affiliated programs. CHIP forms initiatives, coalitions or work teams on an ongoing basis based on the results of our triennial community needs assessment. These collaborative groups are made up representatives from public agencies, healthcare providers, community-based organizations, universities, and businesses. CHIP works within these groups to help identify or implement strategies that address service gaps and leverage community resources and charitable contributions.

As a nonprofit organization, our projects, efforts and initiatives would not be possible without generous community support. Grants and charitable contributions make up more than 80% of our organizational budget. Your contribution is used to support our many programs, reports and collaborative efforts.

See how your donation is helping.
